Frank grew up in upstate New York raised by a strong mom and President of the Police Union father. He moved to Phoenix in 2017 for the lower cost of living and affordable home prices. Over the years, he has seen the decline of the city he has chosen as his home. As a business owner in the construction industry, Frank has experienced an increasingly hostile bureaucracy and red tape.

I'm running for Phoenix City Council to make it safer, more affordable and to grow our local economy. This will ensure South Phoenix becomes a place of opportunities for our youth and safe place to raise our families.
My opponent, Vice Mayor Kesha Hodge Washington has RAISED taxes, fees and rates on District 8 families SEVEN times in her short 36 months in office.
