FRANK ABASCIANO?
Frank grew up in upstate New York raised by a strong mom and President of the Police Union father. He moved to Phoenix in 2013 for the warm weather, lower cost of living and affordable home prices. Over the years, he has seen the decline of the city he has chosen as his home.
WHY I'M RUNNING:
As a business owner in the construction industry, I have experienced an increasingly hostile bureaucracy and red tape that is making it more expensive to operate my business and increasing the cost to build affordable homes.
My opponent, KESHA HODGE WASHINGTON, the current City Councilmember and Vice Mayor RAISED your taxes, fees and rates SEVEN TIMES in her first term in office.
