WHO IS
FRANK ABASCIANO?
Frank grew up in upstate New York on a farm. He was raised by a strong Italian mom and father who was the President of the Police Union of the state. He moved to South Phoenix in 2013 for the warm weather, lower cost of living and affordable home prices. Frank raised his son and put him through college at Arizona State University while also building and running his demolition business since 2017.
WHY I'M RUNNING:
As a homeowner in South Phoenix, Frank has witnessed the issues that plagues his community. As a business owner he has experienced an increasingly hostile bureaucracy and the mismanagement that is making it more expensive to live and work in Phoenix. Frank is not a politician. He is a concerned citizen who can no longer sit on the sidelines complaining about the high taxes, increase in homelessness and crime in his neighborhood, but instead feels the duty to step up and help solve these problems.
